What we do with the information you send.
This site has one job: let you ask for a treatment plan and let us reply honestly. This notice explains exactly what the form collects — including any scans you upload — how it is used, and how to have it changed or deleted. Plain language, no surprises.
What the form collects
Only what a review needs.
When you use the request-a-plan form, you choose what to share. We ask for the least that lets a clinician give you a useful, honest answer.
- Your name and country — so we can address you and understand the cross-border distances involved.
- An email address, if you give one — it is optional; you may prefer we reply by phone or WhatsApp instead.
- What you tell us about your case — which arch concerns you, your stage of research, and anything you type in the message.
- Files you choose to upload — smile photos, a panoramic image, or a CBCT scan (including DICOM). These may contain health information, so you decide whether to send them.
We do not buy your details from anyone, we do not run hidden trackers to profile you, and we do not ask for payment details on this site. A remote review is informational — it is not the start of a paid course of treatment.
How it is used
To answer you — and nothing else.
To review and reply
Your details and any scans are read by the clinic so a clinician can tell you whether All-on-6 is realistic and what an honest plan would involve.
The clinic team
Access is limited to the people preparing your reply. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Kept while relevant
We keep an enquiry only as long as needed to answer it and to follow up if you continue. Ask us to delete it sooner and we will.
To deliver your answer
It may be handled by services we use to receive messages and store files. They act on our instructions, not for their own purposes.
An important limit
This is a website, not a patient portal.
Sending the form does not create a medical record, a doctor–patient relationship, or a secure clinical account. It is a first conversation. A remote review is not a diagnosis — your plan is confirmed only after an in-person examination and a CBCT scan.
Please send only what you are comfortable sharing over the internet. If a file is very large or sensitive, you are welcome to message us first on WhatsApp and we will guide you on the safest way to send it.
No account is created
There is no login, password or stored portal — just a message we read and reply to.
No payment on this site
We never ask for card or bank details here. Begin with a scan and a written plan, not a deposit.
You stay in control
You decide what to upload, and you can ask us to amend or remove it at any time.
Your choices
See it, fix it, or have it deleted.
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We have no email inbox yet, so reach us by phone or WhatsApp and we will action your request.
